Chuck brings over 30 years of experience in the Facilities Maintenance field, with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, Boilers, Water Heaters, Electrical systems, and a wide range of other maintenance areas. His extensive background makes him a valuable resource for both our on-site maintenance teams and management staff.

In addition to his hands-on experience, Chuck spent several years with the Apartment Association of Nebraska, where he trained and mentored maintenance technicians throughout Nebraska and Council Bluffs, Iowa. Prior to his career in facilities maintenance, Chuck proudly served in the United States Air Force.

Chuck is passionate about education and mentorship and is committed to helping technicians build their confidence and grow their skills. As Chuck puts it, “At heart, I’m still just a wrench turner.”
